MV Miracles Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy
Due to the sensitive and unique nature of our products, MV Miracles maintains a stringent policy regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges. Please review the terms below carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Return, Refund, or Exchange
Requests for returns, refunds, or exchanges will be considered only if the received product meets one of the following two criteria:
Product is Damaged: The item is confirmed to have sustained damage during the shipping process, rendering it unusable or substantially flawed upon arrival.
Product is Incorrect: The item delivered does not match the product specified in the customer's original order confirmation.
Exclusions: We strictly do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges based on customer preference, change of mind, or for items that were correctly delivered and undamaged.
2. Mandatory Proof and Notification Requirements
All claims of damage or incorrect products must adhere to the following mandatory conditions to be eligible for review:
Notification Window: The customer must formally notify MV Miracles of the damage or discrepancy within three (3) calendar days of the confirmed delivery date as tracked by the shipping carrier. Claims received after this 3-day window will be automatically rejected.
Unboxing Proof: The customer must provide clear, continuous, and unedited video evidence of the product's unboxing process ("Unboxing Proof"). This proof is mandatory and must clearly show:
The original shipping package and its condition prior to opening.
The complete, unbroken opening of the package.
The discovered damage or incorrect item as it is first removed from the packaging.
The overall condition of the product and its packaging in the same continuous footage.
Claims submitted without valid Unboxing Proof will not be approved.
If your return is approve will redelivered the product within 5-7 day. If the product is not available will refund the full amount to the original payment method.
The amount will be credited within 5-7 days.
